A luxurious moment surrounded by roses in the majestic nature of Hida.

At Kushima Rose Farm in Hida , blessed with fresh air, lush mountains, and clear rivers, you can be surrounded by the scent of roses, pick roses, play with them, and eat them. This is the first rose harvest experience of 2025, which has endured the harsh winter and sprouted with the arrival of spring .

You will experience picking your first roses using the "0.7x speed method" practiced by our CEO, Kushima. By speeding up all movements by 0.7x, and performing them with care and gentleness, as if embracing the roses , you will feel calm and the mist will clear away.

We propose a special three-day, two-night trip where you can escape from your everyday life and slowly discover, accept, and release your true self .

Stay overnight at the hot spring inn, Kikori, located in the "Asagiri Forest," known as a forest of rebirth, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside . Enjoy an open-air bath filled with freshly picked, fragrant roses and a rose kaiseki meal.

On the second day, you will enjoy a full course of roses, featuring locally sourced French cuisine, showcasing the bounty of Hida. The chef personally visits the source of meat, fish, vegetables, and even spring water, and each dish is carefully prepared.

In addition, as a special gift just for this year, we will be giving out to all participants this time,
We will prepare a "new seedling" planting ceremony for each person .
