Receiving emails

I can't receive emails/I want to receive emails from specific domains
Depending on your provider's settings, emails may be received in a folder other than the intended one, such as the spam folder. First, check all folders in your email software.
If you have domain-specific reception settings or rejection settings, please make sure you can receive emails from "cevoir@organicflower.jp".
Also, there are many cases where you cannot receive emails using your mobile phone's carrier email address. When registering, please enter an email address other than your carrier email address.

About Shipping

I would like to send an item as a gift. Will an invoice with the price listed be included?
At our store, if the name and address of the purchaser and the recipient are different, we do not include an invoice with the amount listed. If the name and address of the purchaser and the recipient are the same, we will include an invoice with the amount listed. If you have any questions or requests regarding the invoice, please feel free to contact us.
Who is the delivery company?
On the purchase screen, enter the address you would like to send to in the shipping address field.

Can I split the delivery into two locations?
You can separate your deliveries by placing separate orders for each destination.
Is there a shipping charge?
If your order is over 10,800 yen (tax included), shipping is free. If your order is under 10,800 yen (tax included), shipping charges will be applied according to your region. For details, please check the information based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act.
Do shipping fees vary depending on the region (remote islands, etc.)?
Please note that additional forwarding fees may be charged depending on the region.
Is it possible to deliver to remote islands?
Yes, we do. Please note that depending on the region, an additional relay fee may be charged.
