薔薇の酵母で造られたパンかつ今だけの限定だったので気になりお取り寄せさせて頂きました。
冷凍のちの解凍なのでそれほど期待はしてなかったのですが、解凍したところもちもち感があり驚きました。
早速トーストして食べてみました。
香りは薔薇の香りというものはさほど感じられませんでしたが、パンの香ばしさと焼いたことにより更に旨味と食感が良くなりあっという間に食べてしまいました。
これが限定なのが残念なくらい毎朝食べたくなるパンで良かったです。
丸パンの方も大きさが丁度良く、食べやすいお味で楽しめました。
