Receiving emails
Q: I can't receive emails/I want to receive emails from specific domains.

About Shipping
Q: I would like to send an item as a gift. Will an invoice with the price listed be included?
A: If the name and address of the purchaser and the recipient are different, we do not include an invoice with the amount listed. A: We use Yamato Transport. (Courier service/Nekopos: Yamato Transport)
