Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, Kushima Rose's own farm is spread out in the mountains of Hida, Gifu, where there are no convenience stores or traffic lights. This is the season when the "edible roses" grown without the use of pesticides, using water from melting snow and the power of the earth, bloom beautifully and healthily. This video is the story of a "rebirth" that has taken place in the farm's fourth year, a journey that has been marked by repeated challenges and struggles.
